You should anticipate a minimum of a ten year life span for any new ERP system. The vast majority of the interactions that you have with your vendor over that time will be support related.

We recognize this at VISCO, which is why every VISCO customer is assigned a support representative available via phone and e-mail during business hours.  Your support representative will be available to you to answer any usability and technical questions. 

In additional to your personal support representative, you will also receive the support team e-mail address and access to the support team phone number.
